摘要
基于高职院校二级管理体制下科研项目管理的实际情况,对PDCA循环理论应用到科研经费管理进行可行性分析,提出了PDCA在科研项目经费管理中的具体实施方法和模型。
In terms of the actual situation of scientific research project management based on the secondary manage- ment system at higher vocational colleges, this thesis applied PDCA theory to the management of scientific research funds to conduct a feasibility analysis and proposed the PDCA specific implementation methods in the scientific re- search project funds management and model.
