摘要
介绍了一种新型主动式转子自动平衡装置 ,其平衡头采用环形结构 ,校正质量由可控步进电机经齿盘驱动 ,步进电机能源由自发电式持续电源提供 ,控制系统采用微机化红外线遥控的工作方式。实验结果表明 ,该装置性能可靠 ,可在各种转速下不停机进行转子自动平衡 ,且具有较高的平衡精度和较强的抗干扰能力。
A active auto-balancing set of rotor is introduced in this paper, ring-like structure is used for balancing head and correct mass is drived by gears of stepping motors, energy of stepping motors is supplied by continuance power, and operated in infrared ray remote control manner. Testting results prove that, this set has better reliability, accuracy and anti-disturbability, and can autobalance at diversified speed without stop.
