奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠激素及胃肠动力的影响

Effect of octreotide on gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility in patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探讨奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠激素及胃肠动力的影响。方法回顾性分析本院收治的72例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用奥曲肽。比较2组的临床疗效,治疗后胃动素、胃泌素和胃肠动力及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的胃动素显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胃泌素显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组呕吐、腹胀、肛门排气排便等临床症状改善率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎患者能有效调节胃肠激素,促进胃肠动力,临床疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide on gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital was conducted. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into treatment group （ n = 36） and control group （ n = 36）. The control group received conventional therapy, and treatment group received additional octreotide therapy. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. The treatment of stom- ach hormone, gastrin and gastrointestinal motility as well as occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 94.44 %, significantly higher than the 80.56 % of the control group. And the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Motilin of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） and gastrin was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement rates of clinical symptoms such as vomiting, bloating, flatus defecation were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P （0.05）. Conclusion Octreotide in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis can effectively regulate gas- trointestinal hormones and promote gastrointestinal motility with marked effects.
