摘要
采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜、化学分析等方法 ,分析了某大型汽轮机主油泵进油软管断裂的原因 ,分析认为 ,焊接产生的高温低塑性裂纹是导致进油软管断裂的主要原因。
Failure causes of inlet oil soft pipe of main oil of pump of turbine was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy and chemcial analysis. It was indentified as the main cause of failure that high tempreture low ductility crack from welding.
