穴位贴敷治疗恶性肿瘤患者化疗引起的恶心呕吐的临床研究

Clinical study of acupoint sticking therapy for malignant tumors in patients with chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting

目的探讨穴位贴敷预防恶性肿瘤患者化疗后引起的恶心呕吐的疗效。方法将75例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为治疗组(n=37)和对照组(n=38)。对照组在化疗前后静脉滴注格拉司琼预防胃肠道反应,治疗组加用穴位贴敷治疗并预防化疗后恶心、呕吐。结果化疗后,治疗组总有效控制率为91.4%,显著高于对照组的52.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷治疗可以预防化疗引起的恶心呕吐,减少不良反应的发生,且操作简便,患者易于接受。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint application to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors. Methods Seventy - five patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into a treatment group （n = 37） and a control group （n = 38）. The control group received chemotherapy before and after intravenous infusion of granisetron to prevent gastrointestinal reactions, and treatment group received additional acupoint sticking therapy in the prevention of chemotherapy nausea and vomiting. Results The total effec- tive control rate of chemotherapy treatment group was 91.4 %, and the control group 52.6 %. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aeupoint application can prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and adverse reactions. It is easy to operate, and easy to be accepted by patients.
