康复新液与碘甘油治疗手足口病的疗效比较

The Compare of Kangfuxin Liquid and Iodine Glycerol in Treating Hand-foot-and-mouth Disease

目的探讨康复新液,碘甘油治疗小儿手足口病的有效性和安全性。方法 168例手足口病(普通病例)患儿随机分成两组,康复新液组84例使用康复新涂口腔溃疡处和使用利巴韦林颗粒口服,碘甘油组84例使用碘甘油涂口腔溃疡处和使用利巴韦林颗粒口服。结果两组口腔溃疡愈合、皮疹消退天数之间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),两组疗效之间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),碘甘油组出现一例黏膜肿胀,康复新液组没有不良反应,临床观察康复新液组耐受性优于碘甘油组。结论康复新液,碘甘油在在治疗小儿手足口病方面疗效均显著,但康复新液不良反应较少,临床推荐使用康复新液。

Objective To discuss the effect and the safety of Kangfuxin liquid and iodine glycerol in treating dental ulcer due to the Hand-foot-and-mouth disease. Method 168 cases （common case） were divided into two groups randomly. 84 in Kangfuxin liquid groups were treated with smearing Kangfuxin liquid on the ulcer and Ribavirin granules per os; 84 in iodine glycerol groups were treated with smearing iodine glycerol on the ulcer and Ribavirin granules per os. Results The days of dental ulcer healing and deflorescence had no statistical differences （P〉0.05） ; the efficacy of the two groups had no statistical differences （P〉0.05）; One case had mucosal swelling in iodine glycerol, no adverse reaction in Kangfuxin liquid group, The tolerance of Kangfuxin liquid group was better than iodine glycerol group. Conclusion Both Kangfuxin and iodine glycerol had good effect in treating Hand-foot-and-mouth disease, the adverse reaction were few in Kangfuxin liquid, we recommended Kangfuxin liquid used in clinic.
