左布比卡因在椎管内麻醉中的应用研究

The Value of Levobupivacaine and Bupivacaine in Combined Spinal-epidural Anesthesia

目的探讨和研究左布比卡因在锥管内麻醉中的应用研究。方法摘取我院近年来收治的进行下肢手术的74例患者的临床资料作为研究对象,将之分为观察组和对照组各37例,两组患者均采用腰-硬联合麻醉,其中观察组采用左旋布比卡因,对照组采用布比卡因,统计并对比两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应。结果两组患者均取得了满意的麻醉效果,对照组在运动阻滞起效时间及最大运动阻滞时间上明显优于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在运动阻滞恢复时间上两组无明显差异,且均无明显不良反应发生,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左旋布比卡因在进行腰-硬联合麻醉时相较布比卡因有着更好的麻醉效果,起效快、效果确切、肌肉松弛好、麻醉平面容易控制、安全可靠等,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。

Objective To explore and research the application of levobupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. Methods The research object was 74 patients with operations of lower limbs,they were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group, selected spinal-epidural anesthesia.control＇ group was given bupivacaine, while the experimental group was given levobupivaeaine.Compared the anesthetic effect and adverse reaction of two groups. Result The observational group and the control group had the satisfactory effect of anesthesia.The time of motor block and the biggest sports block time of observational group was higher than control group,difference has statistics meaning （P〈0.05） .The recovery time of motor block of observational group had not difference with control group （P〉0.05） .Conclusion The anesthetic effect of levobupivacaine was better than bupivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,had rapid action and good effect, security and reliability,the level of anesthesia was easy to he controlled,had a broad prospect in clinical.
