阿奇霉素联合头孢西丁治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨联合用药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将就诊的36例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,试验组采用阿奇霉素联合头孢西丁治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗一周末试验组症状体征及影像学恢复情况均明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合头孢西丁治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎较单纯使用阿奇霉素疗效更优,安全性更高,疗程更短。
