目的探讨良性乳腺肿物手术切口的选择、缝合及临床意义。方法选取我院2009年1月至2010年12月收治的乳腺良性肿物患者36例,回顾性分析手术过程,对手术切口的选择与缝合进行探讨,指导临床手术实践。结果 36例乳腺良性肿物患者依据病情采取不同切口,术后切口瘢痕较小,乳房形态及外观正常,适应女性患者审美观,切口全部I/甲愈合,无并发症,顺利痊愈。结论根据良性乳腺肿物的病情特点,选择、设计好切口和径路极其重要,正确合理的切口选择利于手术成功,对美容影响较小。
