摘要
本文介绍了凝结水泵变频调节的常规控制策略。针对常规控制策略的不足,根据机组的实际运行状况不同设计了两种优化方案。方案通过对除氧器水位和凝结水压力的控制优化,降低了凝结水母管压力,实现了机组安全运行基础上的变频深度节能。针对两种优化方案实践中都出现过的问题,提出了解决方法。研究的结果对同类型机组凝结水系统控制逻辑的节能优化具有重要的参考价值。
This paper introduces the conventional control strategies of frequency regulation for condensate pump.Aiming at the deficiencies of conventional control strategies,two different optimization schemes are designed.Through optimal control of the deaerator water level and condensate water pressure,the plan reduces the condensation pipe pressure and achieves the deep energy saving based on safe operation of the unit.To deal with the problems encountered in operation,the solution methods are proposed.Results of the study can be used as a reference for the design and logic optimization of other similar condensate water systems.
