摘要
员工因为个人或酒店的某些原因有意地不发表与工作有关的信息、问题或看法,我们把这种现象称之为"员工沉默"。酒店员工沉默行为,对酒店的管理和决策以及员工自身都有着十分不利的影响。本文从员工沉默的定义出发,阐释酒店员工沉默行为,指出酒店员工沉默行为的弊端,分析了酒店员工沉默行为的影响因素,并提出了相应的解决对策。
The phenomenon that staff don't want to publish work-related information,questions,or opinions is called "employee silence".This silence exerts a very negative impact on the hotel management,decision-making and even the staff-self.This paper begins with the definition of employee silence,interprets the behavior,and points out the disadvantages of the behavior.The paper also analyzes the influence factors of hotel employee silence behavior,and finally puts forward the countermeasures.
