摘要
战略性人力资源管理理论认为,核心员工是企业的重要战略资源,吸引并保留核心员工是企业建立和保持竞争优势的基础。当前我国国有企业核心员工流失问题非常严重,构建战略性人力资源管理体系对解决我国国有企业核心员工流失问题有着非同寻常的作用与意义。
According to strategic human resource management theory,core staff is one of the most important strategic resources in a company.Attracting and retaining core staff is the foundation to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.Turnover of core staff is a severe problem in state-owned enterprises in China.It's of unique significance to build a strategic human resource management system to solve the problem.
