The purpose of talent training in colleges and universities is to provide intellectual support and talent guarantee for social development,as a result the quality of talent training must be close to the demand of social development.To establish a feedback mechanism of talent training quality,is of exemplary importance for keeping abreast of current education development without delay.Alumni,object of the cultivation,is the direct practitioners of school training quality,and the most direct perception of the quality of school education that can whether meet the demand of social development.University talent training quality feedback system,based on the perspective of Alumni,has a positive effect for adjusting the direction of the talent training.
