复合乳酸菌胶囊联合乳果糖治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF LACTOBACILLUS COMPLEX CAPSULES COMBINED WITH LACTULOSE ON CONSTIPATION-IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME

目的观察复合乳酸菌胶囊联合乳果糖治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法150例便秘型IBS患者随机均分为A、B、C 3组,所有患者给予马来酸曲美布汀片作为基础治疗,A组患者口服复合乳酸菌胶囊,B组患者口服乳果糖口服溶液,C组联合服用上述两种药物。比较2个疗程后的疗效。结果 3组临床症状评分均有下降,C组患者下降幅度最大,与A、B两组比较有统计学差异(p<0.05)。C组总有效率较高,但3组间总有效率未能体现统计学差异。结论复合乳酸菌胶囊和乳果糖联合辅助治疗便秘型IBS,具有协同效应。

Objective To observed the clinical effect of lactobacillus complex capsules combined with lactu- lose on constipation -irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods 150 IBS patients were randomized into Group A, Group B and Group C equally. All patients received basic administration of trimebutine maleate tablet 0.1 g, tid. Pa- tients in Group A took 2 lactobacillus complex capsules, tid, additionally. Patients in Group B took 15ml lactulose once a day additionally and patients in Group took combination of trimebutine maleate tablet O. lg, tid and 15ml lac- tulose once a day additionally. The clinical effects between the 3 groups were compared after 2 periods of treatment （30 days）. Results The clinical symptom gradings decreased in all three groups, and most dramatically in Group C. There were statistical differences in clinical symptom gradings decreases between Group C and Group A and between Group C and Group B. There was not statistical difference between the 3 groups in overall effective rates while it showed a trend of increase in Group C. Conclusion The combination of trimebutine maleate tablet and lactulose has better clinical effect on constipation - irritable bowel syndrome.
