阐述了学科建设对医院发展的重要意义,并回顾分析本省重点学科建设情况。从战略管理的高度分析医院以特色立院,加强医院重点学科建设,全面提升医院的综合服务能力。
This paper expounds the important significance of discipline construction for hospital development, analysis the situation of the discipline construction of Anhui Province. Then analysis how to enhance the hospital com- prehensive service ability during strengthening the construction of key and characteristic discipline of hospital from the height of strategic management.
