大型综合性医院后勤降本增效分析与对策

大型综合性医院作为民生保障性机构,做好降本增效工作不仅体现了公立医院的社会责任,而且对降低医疗成本,促进医院可持续发展、推进医疗卫生体制改革具有重要意义。笔者结合我院实例,分析大型综合医院后勤保障的运行特点,以及医院在后勤机构改革、技术革新、基建维修、节能管理与制度建设等方面所面临的问题和解决途径。对于大型综合性医院后勤发展和新建医院后勤运行管理有一定的借鉴意义。
