目的探讨高频超声检查对阑尾的显示率、超声表现、评价其在诊断急性阑尾炎的价值。方法对105例急性阑尾炎患者进行高频探头超声检查,并与手术及病理结果进行对照。结果急诊疑有阑尾炎患者105例,其中阑尾显示95例,显示率为90.4%,保守治疗45例,手术治疗60例,阑尾壁水肿、增厚或呈双层为33例,阑尾腔内伴有强回声,后方伴声影15例,阑尾管壁结构、层次紊乱不清,周围可见积液为9例,阑尾正常形态消失可见不规则包块3例。右下腹肠系膜淋巴结肿大25例。讨论高频超声检查对诊断急性阑尾炎的诊断率高,可为临床的诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。

Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis diagnosis rate high, which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
