妊娠高血压疾病围生期的护理干预效果

The Effects of Nursing Intervention on Hypertension Perinatal Pregnancy

目的探讨妊娠高血压疾病围生期护理干预效果,进一步指导临床。方法选取我院2012年1月至2012年12月收治入院的妊娠高血压患者650例,按照随机对照的原则,将患者平均分为两组,观察组和对照组每组各325例,对照组采用妊娠高血压疾病常规护理方法进行干预,而观察组在对照组的基础上采用人性化的护理方法进行干预,观察两组患者的有效率和对妊娠结局的影响。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,产后出血、子痫发生率等情况明显低于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取有效的人性化的护理干预可以使妊娠高血压产妇安全度过围生期,提高临床效果,妊娠结局有所改善,明显降低母婴并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy perinatal nursing intervention, to guide clinical. Methods 650 patients with hypertension of pregnancy in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 admitted to hospital patients, according to the principle of randomized controlled, the patients were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 325 cases in each group, the control group used routine nursing care of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy intervention, and the observation group in the control group based the method of humanized nursing intervention, observe two groups of patients with efficiency and effect on outcome of pregnancy. Results The group of efficiency is significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence of eclampsia were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention humanity effectively can make maternal hypertension perinatal pregnancy through security, improve the clinical effect, pregnancy outcomes have improved, significantly reduce maternal and infant complications, worthy of clinical application.
