摘要
目的分析垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)和p27Kipl基因在原发性肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测48例HCC及癌旁肝癌组织中PTTG蛋白、p27Kipl蛋白的表达情况。结果 HCC、癌旁和正常肝组织的PTTG蛋白阳性表达率分别是70.8%(34/48)、91.7%(44/48),二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且PTTG蛋白在癌旁中的表达明显高于在HCC中的表达(P<0.05);HCC、癌旁组织的p27kip1蛋白阳性表达率分别是20.8%(10/48)83.3%(40/48),二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。34例PTTG表达阳性组织中有10例见p27kip1表达阳性,而14例PTTG表达阴性组织中有9例见p27kip1阳性表达,二者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTTG和p27Kipl异常表达与HCC的发展密切相关,在HCC的发展过程中起重要的作用。
Objective To investihatc the expression of PTTG and p27Kipl protein in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods The expression of PTTG and Survivin in 48 cases with HCC and their neighboring noncancerous tissues were obtained. Immunohistochcmistry was used to detect protein expressions of PTTG and P27kipl.Results The positive rate of PTTG in cancer tissues and their neighboring noncancerous tissues was 70.8%(34/48),91.7 %(44/48) respectively, with significant difference (P〈0.05). The expression of PTTG in cirrhosis tissue was higher than that in cancer tissue(P〈0.05). The positive rate of p27kipl in cancer tissue and their neighboring noncancerous tissues was20.8%( 10/48),83.3%(40/48)respectively, with significant difference among them (P〈0.05). The expression of p27kip 1 in their neighboring noncancerous tissues was higher than that in cancer tissue and normal tissue(P〈0.05). Conclusion The malexpression of PTTG and p27kipl is closely associated with the development of HCC.
