VSD在胸壁结核治疗中的应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在胸壁结核原有治疗措施的基础上加用负压封闭引流(VSD)的疗效。方法回顾性分析67例胸壁结核患者,于规范抗痨2~4周后,手术清除结核病灶,留置负压封闭(VSD),术中、术后持续冲洗、负压吸引,创面愈合出院后继续抗痨6~9个月。结果 67例患者均已疗程结束停药,一次性治愈,随访2~5年无复发。结论在胸壁结核的治疗措施中加用负压封闭引流方式,可有效减少和避免术后病灶复发。
