摘要
利用自行设计制造的外热式回转窑以 PE塑料、废轮胎和木块为试验物料进行了一系列热解试验。对热解焦油进行了族分分析、元素分析和 GC- MS分析。考察了热解终温对焦油产量、焦油族分及 C、H等元素的含量的影响 ,并对 PE塑料的热解焦油的化合物组成进行了分析。研究表明 :在试验温度范围内 ,热解终温对试验物料的焦油产量和焦油族分有明显影响 ;PE塑料和废轮胎焦油的 C/H原子比为 0 .42~ 0 .82 ,具有较好的加工性能 ;PE塑料焦油含有高经济价值的化合物 ,是很好的化工原料。
A series of trials with varying raw materials and operational conditions were performed on a laboratory scale,externally heated rotary kiln pyrolyser.The analyses of groups,elements,and GC MS on tar products are presented in the paper.Impacts of the final pyrolysis temperature on both yields and chemical characteristics of tar were studied.The results indicate that tar is highly aromatized at the highest final temperature,the atomic ratio of C/H for PE and waste tire tar is between 0.42 and 0.82,and the high valuable compounds are identified in tar.
