摘要
目的对糖尿病合并急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床特点进行探讨。方法对我院收治的糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中的61例患者临床诊治资料进行回顾分析,并与没有糖尿病合并症的脑卒中患者进行比较。结果糖尿病合并脑卒中患者的并发症发生率和血糖水平较无糖尿病合并症的患者组高,P<0.05。结论合并糖尿病的脑卒中患者其治疗较一般脑卒中患者的治疗更加困难,需采取积极措施控制患者血糖以减轻患者病情。
Objective To the clinical characteristics of diabetic patients with acute ischemic stroke were discussed. Methods In our hospital 61 cases of diabetic cerebral ischemic stroke in patients with clinical data retrospective analysis, and compared with complications of cerebral apoplexy patients without diabetes. Results The diabetic complications in patients with stroke and high blood glucose levels than patients without diabetes complications group, P〈 0.05. Conclusion The treatment of stroke lJatients with diabetes mellitus is generally the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients more difficult, need to take positive measures to control blood sugar to alleviate the patient＇s condition.
