丙泊酚联合芬太尼用于无痛人流麻醉效果的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 人工流产是避孕失败后终止妊娠的常用方法,丙泊酚因诱导起效快,恢复快且彻底,在无痛人流手术麻醉时被广泛应用。但由于其镇痛作用弱,单独用于无痛人流术存在注射痛、体动反应,术后有官缩痛等缺点。为减轻患者痛苦,解除受术者恐惧心理,笔者将丙泊酚联合芬太尼用于无痛人流术,并与单独应用丙泊酚的效果进行比较,结果表明联合应用获得较好的效果。现将结果报道如下。
