牙周病、牙髓病联合病变的诊断及治疗分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过分析牙周病、牙髓病联合病变的特点,结合临床诊断给予综合治疗,总结综合治疗的方法及效果。方法治疗组(n=65)为2011年4月至2013年2月在本院就诊治疗的牙周病、牙髓病联合病变患者,结合自觉症状、临床检查、X线等诊断资料,针对性采用根管治疗术及牙周系统治疗;对照组(n=50)为同期收治的牙周病牙髓病联合病变案例,控制急性炎症后,给予牙周治疗;两组均随访1年。结果治疗组总有效率为95.4%,对照组总有效率76.0%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论成功治疗牙周病、牙髓病联合病变应基于详细诊断,针对性采用根管治疗术及牙周系统治疗是有效的治疗方法,应鼓励患者接受综合治疗方法。
