高炉炉顶煤气实际能量利用率及其技术应用展望 被引量:3

摘要 对高炉炉顶煤气作能质、火用质 (exergy)分析 :其温度火用及压力火用仅占其总火用质的 1%~3.2 % ,而其化学火用占 97%~ 99% ;提出开发高炉煤气燃气透平 (FGT)是我国大中小高炉煤气技术改造的方向 ;设置 TRT技术界限的条件和干湿型 TRT的条件 ;对传统绝热指数计算结论中存在的问题提出质疑。 Quality of energy sources and exergy of furnace top is analyzed.The results show that temperature exergy and pressure exergy are only 1%~3.2% that of the total exergy quality,however,chemical exergy is 97%~99%.It considers that developing gasifier turbine of blast furnace gas is the gas technique transformation trend of large,medium and small sized blast furnaces of our country.It is necessary to set up conditions of TRT technical limit and conditions of dry and wet TRT.It raises doubts about conclusion calculated by normal heat insulation exponents.
