血液检验标本误差的原因及对策分析

Analysis of Test Specimens Error Causes and Countermeasures of Blood

目的研究造成血液检验标本误差的原因以及提出相应的解决对策。方法分析在我院2013年1月至2013年4月期间有检验科明确标记的40例出现误差的血液标本进行回顾性分析。结果此次造成血液检验标本产生误差是由诸多因素造成的,其中由送检因素造成的有16例(占40%),因采集导致量不准有8例(占20%),有溶血造成的有7例(占17.5%),因检验因素造成的有5例(占12.5%),由患者身体因素造成的有4例(占10%)。结论造成血液检验标本误差的原因是多种多样的,因此重视各个环节,增强操作者的业务知识、提高操作者的责任心,以及严格操作过程,这样才能更好的避免血液检验标本误差的产生。

Objective To study the causes of error blood test specimens and the corresponding countermeasures. Method Analysis in our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 April during the inspection department clearly marked blood specimens from 40 patients with error analysed the. Results The blood test specimens is caused errors caused by many factors, which caused by the inspection factors in 16 cases （40%）, the acquisition amount caused no 8 cases （20%）, there are 7 cases of hemolysis caused by （17.5%）, 5 cases caused by factors （test 12.5%）, 4 cases caused by patients with physical factors （10%）. Conclusion The causes of error blood test specimens are diverse, so due to various links, enhance the business knowledge, improve the operator＇s sense of responsibility, and strict operation process, so that we can better avoid the error of blood test specimens.
