经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体骨质疏松性骨折 被引量:2

Treatment of The Elderly Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures by Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

摘要 目的探讨目前临床治疗老年椎体骨质疏松性骨折的有效治疗方法。方法 23例老年患者,局部皮肤软组织侵润麻醉后,C形臂X线透视下通过单侧椎弓根向椎体穿刺并注入骨水泥,恢复伤椎高度,稳定椎体,并对术后患者疼痛症状缓解程度进行统计学分析。结果除6例患者在术后3d下床活动外,所有患者均在术后次日早期下床活动,术后疼痛均明显缓解或消失,随访1年未发现有胸腰背疼痛加剧及迟发性神经损伤表现。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗老年椎体骨质疏松性骨折疗效肯定,提高了老年患者的生存质量,减少卧床并发症。 Objective To investigate the clinical effectively treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Methods 23 cases of elderly patients, skin and soft tissue infiltration of local anesthesia, C-ann X-ray through the unilateral pedicle to the vertebral puncture and injection of PMMA to restore vertebral height, stable vertebral body, and postoperative pain symptom relief was used for statistical analysis. Results All patients in the postoperative day early ambulation, postoperative pain was significantly relieved or disappeared, But 6 patients ambulation after 3 days of operative, and was not found to have a follow-up chest and back pain exacerbated tardive performance of nerve injury with 1-year follow-up. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures certainly Can improve the quality of life of elderly patients and reduce the complications of bed rest.
