Through discussion on design and regulation of hydraulic system of straightening and withdrawal machine for profiled blank caster,structure and performance of characteristic guiding overflow valve adjusted by motor are deseribed.It explains principle of the valve serving as remote control orifice of pressure relief valve to adjust pressure of the system.Design characteristics and regulation procedure of the system are also described.
