小儿“X” “O”型腿矫正的临床疗效分析报道

目的通过，瞄床对；LiX型O型腿的矫正疗效观察，来寻求一个适合儿童心身特点的可操作性方便的有效方法，来对小儿的＂X＂＂O＂腿进行保健防治，从而减少X型O型腿的发生率。方法应用儿童腿部保健矫型器，矫正儿童X型O型腿，分组对照进行临床疗效分析研究，现阶段研究对象主要是1～3岁组。结果应用儿童腿部保健矫型器矫正小儿X型O型腿疗效显著。年龄越小疗效越好，症状越轻，疗效越好。结论早期预防和早期干预治疗，对减少儿童X型O型腿发生率是必要的。本项技术适宜推广应用。

Objective we＇ve tried to find an effective cure method suitable for children＇s mental and physical characters to prevent and treat children with ＂X＂ and ＂O＂ shaped legs by observing the clinical curative effect of them.Method We are curing children with ＂X＂and ＂O＂shaped legs with the help of Health Care Orthoses by dividing them into groups and contrasting their clinical curative effect. We are mainly studying children aged from one to three years old at present. Result The symptoms can be obviously relieved by using of Health Care Ortboses. Children who are younger in age or milder in symptoms can be better cured. Conclusion It＇s effective and necessary to make early prevention and inttervention to children with ＂X＂or＂O＂shaped legs. What＇s more, this technology should get widely promoted.
