细胞包埋块切片在肺癌胸水诊断中的应用

Application of Cell Embedding Slice in the Diagnosis of Malignant Pleural Effusion of Lung Cancer

目的探讨细胞包埋块切片在肺癌胸水诊断中的应用方法和价值。方法对50例经证实的肺癌胸水,采用常规细胞学涂片与细胞包埋块切片相结合的方法进行检查。临床送检的胸水全部离心,取沉渣白膜层细胞固定包埋制片。结果细胞包埋块组阳性率82.0%,常规细胞学涂片组阳性率58.0%。细胞包埋块组的阳性率明显高于常规细胞学涂片组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论细胞包埋技术对肺癌胸水诊断来说是一种安全有效,操作简便,准确性高的诊断方法 ,具有较高的实用价值。

Objective To investigate the cell block application method of embedding technique in the diagnosis of lung cancer and the value of. Methods For lung cancer in 50 cases confirmed, packet method combining embedded block sections were examined by routine cytological smears and cell. Clinical cases of pleural effusion of all centrifugal, and sediment tunica albuginea layers of cells fixed embedding flaking. Results The positive rate of cells embedded block group 82%, the positive rate of routine cytological smear group 58%. The positive rate of cells embedded block group was significantly higher than that of conventional cytology smear group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cell embedding technique for lung cancer diagnosis is a safe and effective, simple operation., diagnostic method with high accuracy, it has high practical value.
