摘要
煤粉流动阻力计算是制粉系统设计和选型的基础。在对前人研究结果进行归纳的基础上 ,结合实验室流动阻力试验 ,提出了煤粉流过水平稳定段的阻力计算方法。该计算方法比采用模化法得到结果具有更广泛的适用性 ,比采用理论推导或量纲分析得到结果形式较为简单 ,且没有工程中难以确定的参数 ,因而具有较好的实用性。
It is important to calculate the pressure drop of a pulverization system accurately for the choice of equipment.This paper first reviews the results achieved by other researchers about the pressure drop in the horizontal pipe,and then describes the results obtained in our gas-solid flow tester.Based on the results of a dimensional analysis method,a new formula is deduced.The formula has reasonable precision and is suitable for actual pressure drop calculation of pulverization systems.
