摘要
随着社会的进步和卫生事业的不断发展,医院的事务随之变得越来越繁杂,医院的管理部门也越来越多。然而这些管理部门的服务水平和能力并没有随着卫生事业的发展而逐步提高,许多医院的管理部门职责不清,效率不高,医院的效能建设工作没有得到应有的重视,严重制约了医院的发展。如何促进医院高效地运转,是医院管理者需要思考的问题,同时需要管理者们运用各种科学管理的制度和手段,调动职工积极性、主动性和创造性,不断提高工作人员的办事效率和工作能力。行政、后勤职能部门处于医院管理的中心,是医院政策的制定者、执行者和监督者,是医院效能建设的主体。本文重点从效能建设的主体角度,探讨医院效能建设的必要性和加强效能建设的有效途径,切实提高医院管理的效能。
Along with society' s progress and the continuous development of health care, hospital affairs then became more and more muhifarious, hospital management was also more and more. However, the management level of service and ability did not im-prove gradually with the development of health service, many hospitals management department responsibility was not clear, the ef-ficiency was not high, the efficiency of hospital construction work didn' t get the attention they deserve, which seriously restricted the development of the hospital. How to promote the hospital running efficiently, hospital managers needed to think about problem, at the same time, it required managers to use all kinds of scientific management system and method, which aroused the enthusiasm of employees, initiative and creativity, and the efficiency of the staff and the ability to work. Functions of the administrative, logis- tics was in the center of hospital management, hospital policymakers, practitioners, and regulators were the body of the hospital ef-ficiency construction. This paper mainly from the perspective of efficiency of the construction of the main body, discussed the ne-cessity of hospital efficiency construction and effective way to strengthen the construction of efficiency, to improve the efficiency of hospital management.
