PICC相关静脉炎预防性MgSO_4湿热敷应用时机的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过对血液内科行PICC途径化疗患者术后不同时间点采用预防性硫酸镁湿热敷后静脉炎发生率与等级的观察,探讨硫酸镁湿热敷的最佳应用时机。方法选取患恶性淋巴瘤行PICC途径化疗的患者90例,随机分为三组,分别在不同的时间点开始应用硫酸镁湿热敷,在PICC术后即刻和48 h后行硫酸镁湿热敷为实验1组与实验2组,在发生静脉炎后立即湿热敷为对照组,分别观察每组患者静脉炎发生率和等级并作统计学处理。结果各组间患者静脉炎发生率与等级差异有统计学意义。实验1组静脉炎发生率与等级最低,实验组2组较实验1组次之,对照组静脉炎发生率与等级最高。结论硫酸镁湿热敷对PICC途径化疗患者机械性静脉炎的预防有较好的效果,且在PICC术后立即应用比在PICC术后48 h再应用效果更佳。 Objective To observe the incidence and degree of phlebitis in patients receiving hot-wet compression with mag-nesium sulfate following peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC) at different time points and evaluate the opportune admin-istration of hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate. Methods Ninety eases of malignant lymph adenoma with PICC receiv-ing chemotherapy were divided into 3 groups according to different opportunity of hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate: experiment group Ⅰ , experiment group Ⅱ and control group, experiment group Ⅰ received the hot-wet compression immediately after PICC operation, experiment group Ⅱ received the hot-wet compression at 48 hours after PICC operation, while the control group received the hot-wet compression after the occurrence of phlebitis. The incidence and degree of the phlebitis in each group were observed. Results The incidence and degree of phlebitis were lowest in the experiment group I , followed by experiment group Ⅱ and the control group. The difference among them was statistical significance. Conclusion The hot-wet compression with magnesium sulfate show a great effect for preventing phlebitis following PICC, and the using of hot-wet compression immedi-ately after PICC operation can achieve a best efficacy as compared to other time points.
