摘要 研究了稀土超磁致伸缩材料 ( Tb0 .2 7Dy0 .73 ) Fe1.9(商品名为 Terfenol-D)用于内燃机高速强力电磁阀的机构设计方法 ;建立了基于 Terfenol-D棒的高速强力电磁阀的动态响应特性模型 ;应用 PID调节方法和变结构控制方法对电磁阀位移特性进行了控制 ,分别建立了控制模型 ,对两种模型进行了分析、比较。建立的控制模型对基于 This paper presents the design and structure of high-speed powerful solenoid based on giant magnetostrictive material (Tb 0.27 Dy 0.73 )Fe 1.9 which is one of the key components of time based electronic diesel injection system.Transfer function and dynamic modeling are described and discussed as well.Variable structure control (VSC),a computer based control modeling has shown more significant potential as a strategy for the control of magnetostrictive actuators than the PID modeling.The modeling can be widely used in the design of giant magnetostrictive actuators.Experiments show that the high-speed powerful solenoid designed and developed by us can meet requirments of electronic injection system.
