摘要
提出了基于正交小波变换检测往复式活塞发动机滑动主轴承磨损故障的一种新方法 ,利用正交小波基将机体表面测得的振动信号变换到时间 -频段域 ,选择合适的频带加以提取并进行包络谱分析 ,可实现通过机体表面振动信号监测其滑动主轴承的磨损状态。
The paper presents a wavelet-transform-based method for monitoring main bearing wear of reciprocating engines.The orthogonal bases of wavelet are used to translate vibration signal collected on the surface of engine into time-frequency domain.Selecting appropriate frequency bend to pick-up and making its envelope spectrum,it can achieve the arm of monitoring main bearing wear from vibration signals collected on the surface of the engine.Some experiments have been done to support the method and some questions that should pay attention to have been illustrated in the paper.
