十二指肠营养管外套胃肠引流管在胃瘫患者中的应用

Application of duodenal nutrition tube jacket gastrointestinal drainage tube in treatment for gastric paralysis after esophagectomy

目的探讨胃瘫的积极治疗方法。方法收集42例食管癌术后出现胃瘫的临床资料,对其进行回顾性分析。采用传统治疗方法的24例,近5年采用十二指肠营养管外套胃肠引流管治疗的18例。对比两组患者的恢复进食时间、并发症的发生情况。结果十二指肠营养管外套胃肠引流管治疗可明显缩短患者恢复经口进食和住院时间,与传统治疗组对比差异显著(P<0.05),并减轻患者因治疗带来的创伤、疼痛及经济负担,使患者收到良好的治疗效果。结论十二指肠营养管外套胃肠引流管治疗胃瘫的方法值得进一步完善并推广应用。

Objective To study the treatment of gastric paralysis. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of patients with gastric paralysis after esophagectomy were collected. 18 patients using duodenal nutrition tube jacket gastrointestinal drainage tube treat- ment were retrospectively compared with 24 cases patients using traditional treatment. The recovery time of food intake and complica- tions were compared between two groups. Results Duodenal nutrition tube jacket gastrointestinal drainage tube treatment can obviously shorten in-hospital time （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and significantly reduce wound pain and economic burden of patients for treatment. Conclusion The treatment method using duodenal nutrition tube jacket gastrointestinal drainage tube for gastric paralysis is worthy of further perfec- ting and popularizing.
