超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床观察及对卵巢功能的影响分析

Clinical observation of interventional therapy for ovarian cysts under the guidance of ultrasound and the influence analysis on ovarian function

目的探讨超声引导下介入治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值及对卵巢功能的影响分析。方法经超声引导对100例卵巢囊肿进行穿刺抽液并注入无水酒精予硬化囊壁治疗。结果 96例一次穿刺治愈,3例经二次穿刺治愈,1例穿刺治疗无效。治疗中无并发症发生。患者术后1个月、3个月与术前卵巢功能测定比较无明显差异。结论卵巢囊肿为妇科常见疾病,超声引导下介入治疗能在创伤极小的情况下达到诊断和治疗卵巢囊肿的目的,且对卵巢功能的影响不大,主要适用于治疗单纯性卵巢囊肿和巧克力囊肿等良性病变,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of interventional therapy on ovarian cysts under the guidance of ultra- sound. Methods Puncture pumping liquid and stiffen the cyst wall with 95% absolute alcohol under the guidance of ultrasound in 100 cases. Results 96 cases were cured, 1 case was invalid,3 cases were cured well by two times treatment. The complications did not oc- cur during the treatment. The determination of ovarian function postoperatively was no obvious difference compared with preoperative. Conclusion Ovarian cyst is a common gynecological disease,interventional therapy under the guidance of ultrasound has the value in diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cyst and less injury to the ovaries. It is mainly applied to simple ovarian cyst, chocolate cyst and other benign lesions, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
