摘要
目的研究急支平喘软胶囊组方药材的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以黄芩苷及其同类成分含量和总浸出物含量作为指标,对处方中药材分别进行水溶液提取和醇溶液提取筛选,并以提取液量与药量液固比、提取时间、提取次数作为考察对象,以黄芩苷类的含量为考察指标进行L9(34)正交试验以优选最佳提取工艺参数。结果用70%乙醇作为提取溶媒能较完全地提取有效成分。正交试验提示:用12倍量70%乙醇,提取两次,每次2 h为最佳提取工艺。结论该工艺条件稳定,快速简便,重现性较好,适合用于指导大生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Jizhi Pingchuan soft capsule. Methods Using baicalin and its homologous compounds and total extract contents as indexes ,water-extraction and ethanol-extraction processes were screened. Choosing the amount of solvent added, the extracting time, and the extracting frequencies as investigation targets, the test was designed according to L9 (3^4 ) of orthogonal test and taking baicalin as the index to optimize the process parameters. Results With 70% ethanol as a ex- traction solvent can extract the effective components more fully. Orthogonal test indicated that the best condition of the extraction process was as follows:12 times of 70% ethanol, extracting two times and every time 2 hours. Conclusions It is derived from screening that the process is stable, simple and repeatable, and suitable for the production amplification, and provide the possibility to future industrial applications.
