超声引导聚桂醇注射液硬化治疗甲状腺囊性病变疗效观察

Clinical efficiency of ultrasound-guided sclerosing agent injection in treatment of benign thyroid cysts

目的观察超声引导聚桂醇注射液囊内注射治疗甲状腺良性囊性病变的临床疗效。方法 70例患者共79个甲状腺囊性病变行囊内注射聚桂醇注射液治疗,观察其疗效。结果 79个囊肿共行穿刺硬化治疗87次,无并发症发生,完全治愈71例(89.9%)。随访12～22个月,平均14个月,均无复发。结论超声引导聚桂醇注射液硬化治疗甲状腺囊性病变简单易行、效果好,并且微创、美观、安全,可以替代传统手术治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of sclerosing agent injection in treatment of benign thyroid cysts. Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with benign thyroid cysts treated with sclerosing agent injection were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 79 cysts in the 70 patients, and 87 times of injection were performed. The total cure rate was 89. 9% （71/79）, and no complication was found. All the cases were followed up for 12 - 22 months （mean 14 months ）and no recurrence was discovered. Conclusion Selerosing agent injection is a feasible method for benign thyroid cysts. The treatment method is simple, effective, mini- mally invasive and safe. It may replace the traditional surgical treatment.
