Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗中应用富林蜜伤口愈合凝胶效果观察

Observation on the effect of Flamigel on treatment of Ⅱ degree burns wounds

目的观察富林蜜伤口愈合凝胶换药与外科换药治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法选择100例Ⅱ度烧伤患者按随机表法分为两组各50例,观察组5采用富林蜜伤口愈合凝胶处理创面,对照组采用外科换药处理创面。观察两组患者创面愈合时间及换药疼痛程度。结果观察组创面愈合时间和换药疼痛程度上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论富林蜜伤口愈合凝胶在治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面中具有明显促进创面愈合,换药疼痛程度明显减轻等特点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Flamigel in treatment of I1 degree burns wounds and compare with re-gional treatment of surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with Ⅱ° burn patients were divided into observation group treated with Flamigel and control groups treated with surgical dressing,50 cases in each group. Wound healing time and degree of pain during dress-tng change were compared between the two groups. Results Wound healing time and degree of pain of the observation group were bet-ter than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Application of Flamigel in treatment of Ⅱ degree burn wound can obviously promote wound healing and reduce the dressing change pain. It is worth clinical promotion use.
