摘要 目的探讨健康教育临床路径在神经源性膀胱患者护理中的应用效果。方法将实施健康教育路径前的59例神经源性膀胱患者为对照组,采用常规健康教育方式;实施健康教育路径后的65例为试验组,采用自行设计的健康教育临床路径。比较两组患者对健康知识的掌握率、对护理工作的满意度以及自我护理的能力。结果试验组对健康知识的掌握情况、护理工作满意度以及自我护理的能力等方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在神经源性膀胱患者的护理中运用健康教育临床路径,提高了患者对健康知识的掌握,对护士的满意度及患者的自我护理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of the clinical pathway of health education on patients with neurogenic bladder. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with neurogenic bladder were randomly divided into trial and control groups. Patients in the trial group were given self designed clinical pathway of health education,while the patients in the control group were given con- ventional health education. Then, the health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results the differences in the health knowledge, nursing satisfaction, and self-care ability were statistically significant between the two groups( all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The application of clinical path of health education in care of patients with neurogenic bladder can increase their health knowledge and nursing satisfaction as well as self-care ability.
