摘要
目的了解优质护理服务对住院患儿家属的护理支持及家属满意度。方法使用护士对患儿家属的支持量表(NPST)及满意度调查量表对116名住院患儿家属进行问卷调查,对分析调查结果,并与前期进行的调查结果比较。结果护士对患儿家属的总体支持率89.28%,较2006年提高(P<0.05),其中19个条目有所提高,2个条目有所降低(P<0.05)。家属对护理支持行为的总体满意度90.40%,较2006年提高,其中16个条目有所提高(P<0.05),2个条目有所降低(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务促进了护士职责落实,改善了患儿及家属的就医体验,提高了住院患儿家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care on the nursing support and satisfaction of family mem-bers of hospitalized children. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted for family members of 116 hospitalized children by using the scale of Nurse Parent Support Tool（NPST） and satisfaction survey questionnaire. Then, survey results were analyzed, and compared with the results in 2006. Results The rate of nurse overall support for families of children is 89. 28%, and the rate of overall satisfac-tion of family members of hospitalized children is 90.40% points. Compared to 2006, the results of the survey were significantly in-creased（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service promote the nurses responsibility implement, improve the medical care of children, and improve the satisfaction of the family members of hospitalized children.
