摘要
2011年4月将采自香格里拉小中甸2年生岩白菜引种栽培在云南农业大学教学农场内,通过遮阴在20%、30%、40%及100%(对照)4种相对光照、相同基质条件下栽培,待其成活后每隔3个月测定其株高、株幅、叶片数、叶长、叶宽和根状茎直径6个性状的生长指标,分析了不同相对光照强度对岩白菜生长的影响。结果表明,100%全光照的岩白菜在株高、株幅、叶片数、叶长、叶宽5个性状上均极显著地低于其他3个光照处理的岩白菜,且在翌年春季全部死亡;在剩余的3个遮阴处理中,以30%光照处理的岩白菜长势最好,其次是40%相对光照处理,20%光照处理的岩白菜长势最差。证明岩白菜是一种喜阴性植物,在控温控湿的荫棚内30%相对光照强度最适于岩白菜的生长。
Two years old Bergenia purpurascens was introduced in the Teaching Farm of Yunnan Agricultural Uni- versity on April 2011. They were planted under different relative light intensity ( 100 %, 40 %, 30 % and 20 % ) and same medium. Six indexes including plant height, width, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width and rhizome di- ameter were measured every 3 months to analyze the effect of relative light intensity on the growth of B. purpurascens. The results showed that plant height, plant width, leaf number, leaf length and leaf width of B. purpurascens planted under 100 % relative light intensity was extremely significantly lower than those under other shading treatments, and all the plants died in the next year. Among other treatments, the order of the growth of B. purpurascens was 30 % relative light intensity 〉 40 % 〉 20 %. The test showed that B. purpurascens is a kind of heliophobous plant, and 30 % relative light intensity was the most suitable light intensity for the growth of B. purpurascens.
