摘要
针对在FM锅炉锅筒的焊缝上开胀接管孔的可行性进行试验研究,对新产品开发做应力和硬度测试、自动胀管和油燃烧器冷态试验,以及人孔翻过工艺试验,通过测试和试验,得出筒体焊缝经100%射线探伤合格,且经整体退火消除应力后可以开胀接管孔的结论。
Throuth taking feasible test to the expand tube joint on the FM boiler drum weld seam,testing stressand hard,automatic expand tube joint,oil burner cold test and man hole flanging technuque for new product development,it gave a conclusing that expand tube joint can be done after the defects detection by 100% ray on the boiler drum ewld seams were met standerd requirement,integrally annealed and elimited stess.
