Research on Building Happy New-rural of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

党的十八大报告已对推动城乡发展一体化作出了重要部署,努力让广大农民更幸福。该文首先阐述了"幸福"的含义:健康的生活环境;经济发展,实现同工同酬;基础设施建设良好,公共服务完善。在此基础上又以寨郝村为例说明了如今在新农村建设中一个非常影响农民幸福感的问题——环境污染,最后提出促使环保与经济并行的建议。

Important arrangements have been made to promote the integration of urban and rural developments in the report of the 18th National Congress of CPC, and one of its aims is to make the farmers happy.The authors first described the understanding of ＂happiness＂ ：heahhy living environment ;economic development and achieving equal pay for equal work ;good infrastructure and improved public＇, services.Then,taking Zhaihao Village as an example,it demonstrated that now in the new-rural construction,a very affecting farmers happiness factor was environmental pollution. Finally, the authors put forward some suggestions for how to make environmental protection and economic development in parallel.
