摘要
目的通过对三峡库区秭归段蚊类及蚊传疾病的监测,分析当地蚊类种群构成及密度的动态变化和蚊传疾病的流行情况。方法在固定的地点和时间,利用电动捕蚊器捕捉蚊虫,按照成蚊形态进行蚊类种群鉴定及分类计数,通过国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统搜集蚊传疾病病例,并对搜集到的数据进行统计分析。结果 1997-2009年未监测到本地疟疾病例,在2000、2007、2009和2010年分别报告乙脑病例1例;人房成蚊密度低于畜圈;成蚊密度季节性消长呈双峰型,蚊密度高峰期在6月上旬和8月上旬。结论三峡库区秭归段随着环境的改变,蚊密度和蚊种构成也发生了变化,提示要继续加强蚊类监测,为有效防制虫媒传染病的发生与流行提供决策依据。
Objective To analyze the dynamic change of mosquito constitution, density and mosquito-borne diseases, according to the surveillance results of mosquitoes and mosquito-borne diseases in the Three Gorges Reservoir ( Zigui section). Methods Mosquitoes were captured by direct current electric mosquito-catching trap at fixed time and places, thereafter, mosquito population and adult morphology were identified and counted. Cases and relevant data of mosquito-borne diseases were collected through the national disease surveillance information report system. Results Local malaria case was not found from 1997 to 2012. Only one case of Japanese encephalitis case was reported in 2000,2007,2009 and 2010, respectively, The mosquito density was lower indoor than in livestock pens. Mosquito density showed a bimodal type seasonal fluctuation, peak season being in early June and early August. Conclusions As the environment changed in the Three Gorges reservoir in Zigui, the density and the composition of Mosquito species had changed, It is suggested that vector monitoring should be strengthened to provide information for decision making and promote effective prevention and control of the occurrence and prevalence of vector-borne diseases.
