湖北省2011-2012年国家级监测点血吸虫病疫情监测 被引量:3

Monitor of the schistosomiasis endemic situation in the national surveillance site of Hubei province (2011-2012)

摘要 目的掌握湖北省国家级监测点血吸虫病疫情情况,为制定血吸虫病防治对策提供科学依据。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案(2011年修订版)》的要求,开展16个监测点的监测工作,并将两年的监测结果进行比较。结果湖北省2012年16个国家监测点居民感染率为0.42%,与2011年的0.40%相比变化不大;耕牛感染率分别为0.81%和0.58%,与2011年相比下降了28.39%;活螺平均密度分别为0.186 5只/0.11 m2、0.196只/0.11 m2,2011年感染螺平均密度为0.000 04只/0.11 m2,钉螺感染率为0.022%。2012年16个监测点均未发现感染性钉螺。结论监测点人畜感染率呈现持续下降,但疫情仍不稳定,有反弹的可能,因此,应进一步加强传染源控制措施以及查灭螺力度,防止疫情反弹。 Objective To understand the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in the national surveillance sites in Hubei province, in order to provide scientific basis for establishing the prevention and control program. Methods According to the national surveillance protocol, the survey of residents, livestock and Oncomelania snails were implemented in the 16 national surveillance sites. Data statistics and analysis were processed by SPSS19.0. Results In 16 surveillance sites, the infection rate of residents was 0.42% in 2012,the infection rate of cattle was 0. 81% (2011) and 0. 58% (2012) respectively,while in 2011 ,it had a decrease of 28.39% ;snail density was 0. 186 5/0. 11 m2 (2011) and 0. 196/0. 11 m2 (2012) ,the density of positive snail was 0. 000 04/0. 11 m2 and snail infection rate was 0.022% in 2011. No snail infection in the 16 national surveillance sites in 2012 was found. Conclusion The infection rate of residents and cattle continuously declined in the 16 national surveillance sites, however,the endemic situation was still unstable, rebound of the disease was possible, therefore, the control of infectious sources and snails should still be strengthened.
