摘要 基于研制的聚胺页岩抑制剂PF-UHIB和低分子量包被抑制剂PF-UCAP,室内研制出了一种适用于深水作业的强抑制、无土相、高性能深水水基钻井液体系,并对其性能进行了综合性能评价。试验结果表明,该钻井液体系低温流变性优异,抗泥页岩水化分散能力强,钻屑回收率高达96.6%,储层保护效果好,渗透率恢复大于85%。 Based on amine derivative PF-UHIB and low molecular capture agent PF-UCAP,a high inhibition,clay-free high performance drilling fluids used in deepwater drilling operation is developed and tested.The results show that the system has good rheology at low temperature,high shale inhibition,it has a high recovery up to 96.6%,and permeability retorage is up to 85%.
