摘要
介绍了邯钢 90 0 m3高炉鼓风机站的设计思想和主要设备特点 ,着重介绍了单烧高炉煤气的75 t/ h中温中压锅炉的特点。该鼓风机站的投产 ,大大降低了炼铁工序能耗 ,同时又将高炉煤气在锅炉内低温燃烧变成无害气体 ,降低了对环境的污染。
Design thoughts and characteristics of main devices of blower station for 900 m 3 blast furnace of Handan Iron & Steel Company are presented. Characteristics of 75 t/h only blast furnace gas fired boiler are described in detail. The boiler uses medium temperature and medium pressure. Commissioning of the boiler station remarkably decreased energy consumption of ironmaking process. At the same time, low temperature combustion of blast furnace gas in the boiler becomes innocuous gas,which decreases pollution to environment.
