胸腔镜手术治疗食管平滑肌瘤12例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨胸腔镜手术对食管平滑肌瘤的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析武汉同济医院2006年至2010年经胸腔镜治疗食管平滑肌瘤12例患者临床资料。结果:全腔镜下完成手术10例,2例中转为辅助小切口开胸手术,所有病例均恢复顺利,一期痊愈出院,无食管狭窄及漏发生。术后随访6~24个月无复发病例,复查无食管憩室形成。结论:胸腔镜手术创伤小,可作为食管平滑肌瘤外科治疗的首选方案。 Objective:To discuss the value of video-assisted thoracoscope in the treatment of esophageal leiomyoma.Methods:Clinical data of 12patients with esophageal leiomyoma treated by videoassisted thoracoscopy from 2006to 2010were reviewed retrospectively.Results:10case were operated under the video-assisted thoracoscopy,2cases were converted to thoracotomy because of pleura adhesions and tumor ruputure during the separation of the tumor.No postoperative death or severe complications occurred.Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of leiomyoma in all the cases.The patients were followed up for 6-24months,no recurrence and esophageal diverticulum were found during the period.Conclusion:Video-assisted thoracoscopy can be the first choice for the treatment of esophageal leiomyoma.
